White Truffle Cream


Do you have a weakness for white truffles and do not want to give up this precious gem when it is out of season? Here I am!

The method of preservation in cream allows you to maintain the organoleptic qualities of the truffle, giving the opportunity to eat all year round! A fine-grained cream, what I am,  makes it perfect to complete refined dishes such as risotto with truffle cream and filet in white truffle cream, two of the dishes that are most exalted by me.

Cream, natural vegetable broth (water, potatoes, carrots, onion, parsley, leek, celery, garlic, tomato, yeast extract), Parmigiano Reggiano, rice flour, butter, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 2.5%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber Albidum Pico) 2.5%, sunflower oil, lactic acid, salt, xanthan gum E415, natural flavor.
