We gladly ally with sushi and sashimi, but we also love burrata cheese and soups.

The spherification technique is the molecular gastronomy technique used to transform the truffle-infused juice into tiny spheres very similar to caviar.


Ingredients

truffle juice (water, aqueous extract of Tuber Melanosporum Vitt. 1%), (50%), potato starch, salt, truffle natural flavor, sodium alginate, cuttlefish ink, citric acid, spices, lemon juice, xanthan gum, guar gum.
