2 tablespoons of Grana Padano

2 large spoons of Greek yogurt (classic)

fresh parsley or aromatic herb of your choice

Flakes of Black Maldon salt

90gr Black truffle sauce

90gr White truffle cream

Black pepper (optional)

The baked omelet is a light variation of the classic omelet in the pan

Healthier and lighter because without oil and not fried also has the benefit that you should not turn it.

You will need only 3 minutes to mix everything in the bowl and transfer to the baking pan.

It is prepared with eggs, cheese, salt, parsley, aromas to taste and a small percentage of yogurt that makes it very soft and appetizing. Exquisite simple, it becomes an excellent "fridge emptier".

In a bowl combine the eggs, black Maldon salt, yogurt, Grana cheese, finely chopped parsley and if you want a little black pepper.

  1. Whisk until soft and creamy
  2. At this point you can choose whether to add to the omelet: salami or cheese. About 150 - 160 gr or 200 gr of vegetables of your choice.
  3. Pour the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Sprinkle the surface with chopped parsley
      6. Bake the omelet in the oven at 360F for about 20 minutes in the middle tray.  It is ready when the toothpick test is dry.
      7. Cut into squares and then garnish at will with our black and white sauces.
